I'm not one to be too emotional about things but I wanted to express my feelings and love for my daughter. I subscribed to your site in hopes to get some ideas in putting some structure to my speech. When it was time go give my speech, I began to go through the speech and about half way through at the heart of the speech I simply lost it after I saw my daughter's eyes start to well up. I was filled up with so much emotion that I could not hold it together, and I couldn't finish my speech. My daughter came up to me with tears in her eyes and we hugged for a few moments.
I really never expected to have broken down like that in front of all of our friends and family. But I have to admit that your speeches allowed me to put into words what I felt in my heart, and give the speech that I wanted to give. It didn't matter that I wasn't able to finish it.
